Terms of Return:

• Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Reason for No Refunds on Custom Orders:

• Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Each custom piece is crafted specifically for you and may not be suitable for resale.

Process for Return (for Non-Custom Orders):

• For non-custom orders, please refer to our standard return and refund policy outlined above.

Return Pickup Fee:

• We offer the convenience of return pickup for a flat fee of $50. There are no additional shipping costs.

Please Note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds for non-custom orders will be issued to the original method of payment.
• If the returned item is not in its original condition or packaging, a restocking fee may apply.
